As a company based in Sweden, we have a clear responsibility to contribute to sustainable development and international action. Sweden, along with other nations, is part of Agenda 2030. For meaningful change to occur, it is crucial that all stakeholders engage in global sustainable development. Agenda 2030 consists of 17 main goals, divided into 169 targets.

Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing is the process by which someone, usually an employee but also individuals outside the company, reports unethical or illegal behaviour within an organization. This can involve actual crimes or incidents that violate the company’s ethical guidelines. At Grimaldi Industri, we aim to achieve transparency by encouraging both our employees and third parties to use the whistleblowing service. We want serious incidents to come to light. It is important that the whistleblowing system allows these reports to remain anonymous. By protecting personal information, we create a safe and confidential environment.
